Research On Legal Issues Of Chinese Investment In Mongolia

Since the reform and open to change,China’s economy continued to maintain rapid growth,comprehensive national strength has been greatly enhanced. In "bringing in" and "going out" strategy under the guidance of combining open economy,the vitality and competitiveness of China’s economy has been greatly improved.At present,China becomes the world’s manufacturing centerfrom resource endowments and industrial structure,China and Mongolia have a highly complementary, great space bilateral trade and investment. After years of development of a large number of foreign investment,the development of China’s foreign investment has also begun to accelerate,China already has a real-world conditions and feasibility of investment in Mongolia. With a good and rapid development of Sino-Mongolian trade,China is becoming one of Mongolia’s most important trading partner and foreign trade partners in Mongolia,China’s status has improved.In this paper,China’s investment laws of Mongolia has combed the literature,the use of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis method,this paper discusses the theory of international investment environment,and a detailed analysis of China’s impact and some of the problems arising from mining investment in Mongolia.This article from the introduction,body,conclusion of three parts.
