Study On The Problem Of Illegal Construction Management In Urban Management

With the accelerating urbanization process of China,urban construction has made great progress,but there have been lot of illegal buildings.The continuous spread of illegal buildings have triggering series of social problems and have become a obstacle in socio-economic and urban development. Illegal buildings also attracts the attention of governments at all levels.Because of illegal construction management involves many departments, such as: planning department, land management departments, construction management departments, these departments will be in their respective duties within the scope of the illegal construction of a certain understanding, different departments will also use different perspectives to analyze and study the problem of illegal construction management, and put forward different countermeasures.This paper attempts to analyze the various causes of the illegal construction. Through the research and analysis of the legal system of illegal construction, this paper reveals the realistic dilemma of China’s current legal system, and reveals the existing problems in the process of building the legal system. At the same time, we propose some ideas about improving the illegal construction. Finally, this paper puts forward some ideas about improving the legal system. The road, make our city more beautiful.
