Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the speed of urbanization in our country has been accelerating and the urban construction has achieved great success.However,with these achievements,the violative construction has not been reduced because of the acceleration of urbanization.The unceasingly emerging violative construction becomes the "chronic disease" of the city management,which not only affects the appearance of the city,but also has various security hidden dangers,endangering the public interest,and has a negative impact on the social life of the residents.For a long time,urban management of violative construction is one of the problems in urban management.Especially in some large,large population and the composition of the complex structure of large-scale urban violative building problems become more prominent,"village" phenomenon is common,although the local government can cause attention and launched remediation actions,but the effect is always not ideal,has not been able to establish long-term effective remediation mechanism.In this context,this paper chooses to study this topic,first on the basis of a large number of learning theory literature reading and practical experience,based on the theory of collaborative governance,combined with typical cases,the comprehensive use of literature research,case studies,method,based on the writing logic of "discovery problem,study theories,find a case,summarize experiences,spread experiences step by step",to build a synergistic governance theory based on the city of violative building governance path,combined with the effective Building management of Shanghai Minhang District Government in the past two years,On the one hand,it provides a new way of thinking for urban violative building governance,and on the other hand,makes an academic contribution to explore an effective way of urban violative construction management.
