Research On Legal Issues Of Social Organization Management

The laws and regulations of our country’s social organization supervision and management are not perfect, which is mainly about the low level of social organization supervision management and its own development. By this limitation, the current problems are mainly about the research on the social organization’s administrative management, but few of them are also difficult to be further in-depth to the rule of law. In this paper, we analyze the existing problems and the causes of social organization management system, in order to improve the healthy and orderly development of social organizations and stimulate the vitality of social organizations.
