Studies On Protection Of Cultural Rights And Interests Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers

At present, China’s economic development has entered a new normal, technology and knowledge to become a key factor of production and economic development. The new generation of migrant workers is an important economic development and urban construction, should have some knowledge of the capacity and expertise to meet the needs of the labor market. Effectively protect the cultural rights and interests of the new generation of migrant workers, it equitable opportunities for cultural survival and development is the key to enhance the overall quality of the new generation of migrant workers. In recent years, with the joint efforts of government and sectors of society, the overall situation of the cultural rights of them protection than in the past has improved, but still faces many problems. Construction of the new generation of migrant workers for the city dedicated a great power, but can not share the fruits of social development, especially not enjoy equal treatment cultural survival and development. This not only severely restricted the survival and development of groups of migrant workers, but not conducive to China’s economic development and social progress.In this study, the Marxist theory on human comprehensive development and construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics theory, based on the theoretical analysis and empirical research, from the perspective of the new generation of migrant workers to achieve comprehensive development, delves into the new generation of migrant workers cultural protect the interests of existing problems, and the new generation of migrant workers to protect the cultural rights and interests of poor analyzes the reasons put forward to protect their cultural rights and interests of the main ideas and countermeasures, and strive to find a realistic way to achieve comprehensive development of the new generation of migrant workers groups. This study introduces the basic concepts and theories related to the Institute, and the new generation of migrant workers and their cultural rights and other related concepts defined. On this basis, this study further from the system construction, investment, services, community involvement and social environment of the five analyzes the status quo generation of migrant workers to protect the interests of culture. After in-depth analysis, this study suggests that despite the current culture of the new generation of migrant workers rights protection has been some improvement in the situation, there are still problems in the following areas:the overall low degree of realization, lack of an effective system to protect, social forces failed to effectively participate, groups involved in the case itself is not optimistic and the lack of a good social atmosphere. Based on the above analysis, this study generation of migrant workers rights protection cultural reasons for poor summarized as follows:lack of appropriate material basis,the system construction is relatively weak, relatively low degree of organization, constraints and barriers to their social environment, the actual situation of these five areas.Based on the above analysis, this study presents the following measures several aspects, including consummating the system of material, establish and improve the security system of cultural rights, strengthen the social responsibility of the organization, encourage groups to take an active part in and create a good social atmosphere. Expect to be able to build a relatively systematic generation of migrant workers and cultural rights protection system. However, because of the current research on the study is less, because of can learn from the constraints of the limited information and my knowledge is still shallow, this study still remain in the level of questions or just to make a preliminary study, which need to be further in-depth and systematic future.
