The Empirical Research Of Rural Party Members’ Faith Education

The lofty belief is the concentrated expression of the political position and the world view of the Chinese Communist Party, it is also the highest criterion to determine their value orientation. The belief mobilizes their enthusiasm and creativity. Only with a lofty ideal faith, to build a well-off society in an all-round way to provide a steady stream of power.With the reform and opening up and the socialist modernization construction, China has undergone enormous changes, in this condition, the rural party members face the complex situation. Some members lose their directions even the most basic moral requirements. Money has become their ultimate goal. Their behaviors seriously affect the party’s prestige in the broad masses of peasants. They also hinder the steady progress of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Since rural party members are a large group of party members. their ideals and beliefs directly affects the entire team. To some extent, it restricts the healthy development of Party education, but also affect the process of building a new countryside. The major practical problem under the new situation and new tasks of the party’s ideological construction is how to effectively enhance the effectiveness of the education of the ideal and faith of the party members in rural areas. Therefore, the improvement the of the rural Party members’ ideal and faith can promote the comprehensive development of rural Party members and qualified personnel.This thesis is based on an investigation of Xinji city in Hebei province, to analyze the rural party members’ the faith education, the author used questionnaire method to do this research. Firstly, the author tries to analyze the present situation of the rural party members’ ideal and faith education, then clarifies the problems and reasons, and finally puts forward measures to improve the effectiveness of the ideal faith education. The thesis is composed of four parts.The first part is the overview of the rural party members the ideal faith education. This part introduces the concept the characteristics and the meaning of the rural party members’ ideal faith education.The second part is the practice and experience. This part mainly introduces the basic information main measures and experience of the ideal faith in rural party members.The third part is introduction of the existing problems and the reasons in rural party members’ ideal faith education. This part is mainly based on the survey data selection in Xinji city rural field investigation to analyze the main problems causes of rural party members.The fourth part strengthens the countermeasures of rural party members’ ideal faith education. Aiming at the existing problem of the third part, this part discusses the countermeasures of how to improve the ideal faith education of rural party members from five aspects, namely, the accurate analysis of demand, the perfect education mechanism, better teachers, methods and environment.
