It is one fine tradition for the Communist Party of China(CPC)to educate party members in their ideals and convictions.With the sustained education,CPC has been able to mobilize and lead the Chinese people to achieve the increasing new victories at all stages of its revolution,reform and socialist construction on the basis of its party members with high cohesion and strong execution.The current core of China's development is still the development of “ agriculture,rural areas and farmers”,which is aimed at achieving the rural modernization in China.While to promote its rural modernization and achieve rejuvenation,the enhanced promotion of rural party members who have the firm Marxist faith is also required,which means to strengthen the education of their ideas and beliefs.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee has put forward comprehensively strengthening Party discipline,one major strategic deployment,and taken it as the significant part of Four comprehensive strategic plans and the inner request of the Party exercises self-discipline and strict with its members,as well as the comprehensive education in ideals.To implement the education in rural party members' ideals and beliefs under the background of the overall governing party,we need to make a full understanding of the historical background and basic requirement of the overall governing party,the complete absorbtion in the theoretical source and historical experience of rural party members' ideal and belief education as well as the deep analysis of their status quo and problems in the new age Based on this,the rural party members' ideal and belief education which conforms to the overall requirement of the overall governing party and the need of meeting the rural development is proposed.According to this,the structure of the thesis is arranged as follows.Part One: Introduction.This chapter mainly expounds the topic basis and research significance of this paper and the research status and academic dynamics of the topic at home and abroad,and explains the thinking,purpose,method,difficulty and innovation of the article research.Part Two:Summary.This chapter discusses the scientific connotation and the vision mission of the ideal and belief education of rural Party members under the background of overall strict governance of the party.Then,this part defines the main concepts of the article.Furthermore,this part focuses on the analysis of the specific connotation and the characteristics of the times and the primary&secondary objectives and the key tasks of the ideal and belief education of rural Party members under the background of overall strict governance of the party.Part Three: Status analysis.This chapter analyzes the basic methods,main achievements and main characteristics of ideal and belief education of rural Party members under the background of overall strict party governance through historical retrospect and nationwide questionnaire and field survey.Part Four: Problem analysis.In this chapter,based on the survey of the overall situation,the author analyzes the main problems existing in the current education of rural Party members' ideals and beliefs,and analyzes the underlying reasons accordingly.Part Five: Strategy Implementation.This chapter is mainly divided into two parts: the based theory and the specific countermeasures.The first part clarifies the objects,principles and methods of the further education in rural party members' ideal and belief.While the second part,on the basis of the research outcome and six principles needed to be adhered to,comes up with the real way to enhance this education under the overall governing party.Part Six: Conclusion.This part mainly reconsiders and elaborates the problems which exist in the research and need further addressing as well as the new ones,and makes the brief description of the value of this topic in larger field.
