The Study Of The Current Situation Of Township Government Credibility

Credibility is of great significance that whether modern government could have a healthy operation,it is also closely related with the government’s image in the minds of the people. If the government’s credibility is strong, the resistance of social management will be low and the society could operate well.However, the countries all over the world are lack of the government’s credibility in different levels.On the one hand, The lack of the government’s credibility will bring a lot of influence, such as breaking the government image, weakening the stability of the policy, increasing administrative costs, etc. On the other hand, the government’s credibility is a kind of invisible credit resources which is very important in the whole social credit system.Therefore,strengthening the construction of the government’s credibility has become the consensus of all countries.Our government is also faced with the problem of lack of credibility, especially the township government at the grass-roots level, showing that losing the trust of the people, power corruption and so on, seriously affecting the image of the party and the government in people’s heart, making the superior policy hard to carry out, affecting township government’s work beginning smoothly, hindered the process of constructing socialist harmonious society. Township government is the most basic administrative organization which has a closest relationship with the masses of the people. To a great extent,township government represents the image of the government in people’s heart.Therefore, in a sense, the township government’s credibility makes influence on the evaluation of the whole system of government of the public.Since The 18 th Congress of China’s Communist Party, along with our country speed up the pace of deepening reform, various social contradictions and problems inevitably have emerged,the government departments need to resolve conflicts and problems in the bud. Lacking of the township government’s credibility makes solving the problems harder, also makes China’s socialist construction harder. The importance of the construction of the township government’s credibility is self-evident because the township government has to carry out all kinds of policies of the central government.Therefore,doing the research of the township government credibility has double meanings of theory and reality.This article is divided into five parts. The first part is introduction, mainly introduces the research background and significance of this thesis, research status quo and research methods and innovations. The second part introduces the related concepts of credibility, the characteristics of the township government, questionnaire data and the bad influence of the lacking of the township government credibility. The third part mainly analyzes the reason of the lacking of township government credibility from the aspects of ideology, system and members of the subject and object. The fourth part mainly puts forward how to improve the township government credibility. The fifth part mainly summarizes the conclusion.
