Research On Credibility Of The Government In The Southern Xinjiang Township(Town)of Xinjiang

Credibility refers to the organization,certain social groups or important figures have its certain power to gain trust from the public,which embodies the specific body has the authority,social credibility and ability to influence of people's mind.The township(town)government credibility refers to the township(town)government win trust and satisfaction from the public specially the township people through the construction of township cadres system,policy implementation,personality,democracy,public services and economic construction.Rural grassroots township government in southern Xinjiang has many social functions and overburdened,even bearing pressure from township government.While the township government play a key role of implementing various tasks from senior government leadership.However,the judgment of the public decides management ability and efficiency of township government.This is the reason why this dissertation purpose the public satisfaction and trust of government is quite important.This study adopts literature review,questionnaire and interview methods taking all sectors of the rural villagers as the research objects and design a relevant questionnaire,conduct investigation,questionnaire analysis as well.All of these steps focus on the township(town)credibility of the government and its leading influential factors.After that,the study conduct an investigation of the villagers from all sectors to know satisfaction degree of the township(town)government job.This paper mainly hand out 300 questionnaires at the Baishen AI took town and 255 valid questionnaires for statistical analysis to the township(town)to enhance the credibility of the government's countermeasures.The data shows Baishen AI Zhen g score statistics the credibility of the government is in the general level.It is not only with the township(town)on the government level and work characteristics,but also with the township(town)have a great relationship between government functions and its staff.Analyze the influence factors of ranking Baishen villagers took AI town government are six indicators according to the credibility of villagers concern dimensions:Public service credibility(0.721)>Public service credibility(0.653)>Credibility of economic construction(0.651)>Credibility of policy implementation(0.617)>Credibility of democratic construction(0.596)>Credibility score of cadres' personality(0.578).
