The Innovation Research Of Guangzhou Social Management At The Primary Level

Institutional society is the basic element of constituting main body of society, it is the important foundation of social management in China. Especially in the process of building a harmonious society in China, strengthening grass-roots social management plays a great role in promoting to maintaining social stability,strengthening the construction of social harmony and improving the government credibility among the masses. Since China’s reform and opening up, the economic development of Guangzhou city has achieved significant success in the country. While the economic development and social management of Guangzhou are in the stage of transition, there are many problems and contradictions occur in the economy and social management, which obstructed the sustainable development of economy and society of Guangzhou. Such ability can promote the construction of community management in Guangzhou from whole run normally, giving full play to the comprehensive development of economic construction and social construction, and eventually to construct a harmonious society.Through a comprehensive analysis to the innovation of Guangzhou primary-level social management, the paper explores whether the development of Guangzhou primary-level social management meets the requirements of overall goals of Chinesecharacteristic socialism which further strengthen community culture and economic development, effectively solving the problems and promoting the development of society in the process of building a harmonious society, under the leadership of the CPC central committee and the state council, combined with the power of the social from all walks of life, constructing a new community management system, and providing important basis for the Guangzhou economic and social development.Therefore, in the course of analysis, the paper emphatically analyzed the situation and problems existing in community management, Taking a new round innovation of primary-level social management in Guangzhou for example, the paper studies how to set up primary-level social management system with Guangzhou characteristic.
