The Research On Innovating Management Of Party Affairs Official Team In Basic Level

The performance by basic level units which are the closest to the people becomes more and more significant to construct a harmonious society and the boost economy growing with the development of the society. The Party affairs official staff in basic level are core participants for Party running issues in the counterpart level. At present, this team has challenges to operate perfectly because of those reasons like unreasonable human resources arrangement for positions, unscientific position duty designing, different capacities of team members, overlapping task operating and other business assignment. This thesis takes Haizhu district, the downtown area in Guangzhou city to analyze the problems of the present official management system for basic level Party affairs though investigation, and study some feasible solutions to improve the present system according to Haizhu’s real situation. The research on innovating the management for Party affair official staff in basic level would provide a reference to the Party running affairs in basic level throughout Guangzhou city, and effective motivation to Guangzhou development.
