The Study Of Crime In Rural Russia From The Middle 19th Century To The Early 20th Century

The crime is linked closely with the social reality of an era. The discretion of the crime also become the important index to measure the condition of social stability.There’s a large proportion of peasants in Russia.There’s a large proportion of peasants in Russia.The research of rural crime shows the social status of rural at that time.It has experienced reform and anti-reform in Russia from the middle 19 th century to the early 20 th century. The reform influences the thought. The peasants live in a relatively closed place. But the effects penetrate into their lives gradually. Their daily life is changed. The social problem which had been already existed became more serious.The problems influence the normal order of the society became a crime. Hence, This study will analyze the main types of rural crime, the judicial and the punishment.Exploit the cultural conflicts and social problems behind the crime. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, this paper will be discussed in three parts, namely the introduction, the body and the conclusion. The first part is the first chapter,introducing the significance of the topic selection of this paper, current research about domestic and foreign, research methods and writing ideas, the innovation and shortcomings of this paper.The second part is the text, and also the focus of the writing of this paper,including the second, the third, the fourth and the fifth chapter.The second chapter introduces the cause of the rural crime from middle of 19 th century to the early of 20 th century in Russia. This chapter will analyze the political,economy and culture three aspects cause of the crime in rural Russia from the middle19 th century to the early 20 th century.The third chapter introducing the major types of the rural Russia from the middle 19 th century to the early 20 th century. In this chapter,two types of crime in rural Russian will be shown. The fourth chapter introduces the trial and the types of punishment in rural Russia.This chapter will describe the trialand the punishment. The fifth chapter is thinking about the crime in rural Russia from the middle 19 th century to the early 20 th century. From this study of the crime in rural Russia, we may find some reason for the long existence of the community, the cultural conflict internal the rural and the cultural conflict between the rural with the city. The third part is the conclusion. It is the summary of the paper. The community of Russia is the important part of Russian society. It cannot be ignored this part of the research on Russian history. The form and the quantity of rural crime is relatively stable.However, facing the transformation of society, the peasants adapt the transformation must bring the social problem.
