This part mainly expounds the research background, significance, literature review and research methods. This article through to the residential area of owner autonomy system of legislation and the present situation of academic research, Found that the autonomy system of residential property owners in the existence of legislation is too fragmented, owners of autonomous institutions are not scientific, The level of owner autonomy is not high enough. In a residential area owner autonomy research topic with perfect relevant legal system of residential area of owner autonomy in our country, the construction of a harmonious society, and other important significance.The second chapter, the basic theory of the residential community of real estate autonomy system in China.
