under the background of the current urbanization,through the analysis of current situation of Wuwo administrative villages in rural endowment pattern in Anhui province,to explore the disadvantages existing in the current rural old-age model,then,some corresponding opinions and suggestions were put forwarded.First of all,through a lot of reading,collecting and organizing relevant rural endowment patterns of the literature at home and abroad,summarizes the pension model definition,classification standards and the related factors affecting endowment model studies.Then,from the role theory,the perspective of social disintegration theory and population of push-pull theory analysed Wuwo administrative villages on the existing situation of aging population in Anhui province and the current main endowment patterns of rural aging population group.Finally based on the urbanization under the background of mutual lack of filial piety,family pension mode is blocked,mutual endowment pattern is imperfect,pension service system is imperfect and the imbalance of the pension system problem,from the aspects such as,perfecting rural old-age service system,perfecting the rural old-age security system,the spread of filial piety culture and so on to put forward some advice of perfecting the rural pension mode and improving the happiness of aging population.
