The old people’s physical and mental all need to care, if pension problem without a satisfactory solution, can bring a lot of trouble to own, older people and families. So complex retirement community arises at the historic moment, complex retirement community is service innovation and development of a new type of old-age pension industry mode, its core is from the actual needs of the elderly, centered on family, community endowment service for peripheral, guarantee for national pension system. Compound endowment community is contains the daily care service system, medical and health service system, spiritual and cultural service system and so on is in conformity with the practical needs of the elderly good service guarantee system.Compound retirement community is still in the exploration phase at present, China’s development is not mature, operation mode and service system has not formed a complete structure.This paper takes shenyang as an example, through the data from investigation and data access, understanding complex community endowment in shenyang development present situation and existing problems, and analyzes its reason, and then based on the domestic and foreign experience for reference, the excellent retirement community, improve the shenyang complex retirement community plan design, and the feasibility of the proposed scheme design by analysis.
