Research On The Service Mode Of Pension In Baoding City

China has entered the aging society since 2000,by the end of 2015,China's elderly population aged 65 and over reached 150.3 million,accounting for 10.8 percent of the total population.Over time,the number of elderly people is showing a rising trend.Due to the implementation of China's family planning policy,the influence of such factors as major changes have taken place in family structure in our country,the traditional family pension mode is difficult to solve the problem of aging population endowment.The decline of the demographic dividend and the increasing number of elderly people are affecting the economic and social development of our country.In the case of "old before getting rich",it is also important to solve the problem of elderly people's retirement age in order to build a moderately prosperous society in all respects.Along with the economic and social progress,the elderly are increasingly diversified demand for pension services,build pension service model is from the perspective of supply meet the demand of diversified pension services of providing for the aged.China's regional development is not balanced,the ageing of the population in different regions is different,for the construction of pension service model should be adapted to local conditions.We will seize development opportunities,address the elderly's pension problems and promote economic and social development in the region.Through summarizing the research results of scholars at home and abroad,to the service model of pension to form a more comprehensive understanding of relevant theory,and the service model of pension,community home endowment service pattern,institution endowment service model for conceptual definition.This paper analyzes the supply and demand of endowment service by Marx's theory of reproduction,and analyzes the main body of endowment service by welfare pluralism.Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,this paper analyzes the change of the demand for pension services,and analyzes the transfer of Beijing's pension service in Baoding,which is based on the theory of synergy,and then studies the model of pension service in Baoding.As the most populous city in Hebei Province,Baoding is the most populous city in the elderly.In this paper,the service model of pension of Baoding city community home-based care services mode and mechanism as the starting point,analyzed the current community home-based care services in Baoding city's achievements and problems,analysis of the development of pension service institution in Baoding at present.At the same time under the background of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Baoding city because of its unique geographical advantage to undertake the transfer of pension services in Beijing,this paper discusses how to in Baoding city as an opportunity development institution endowment service mode,promote the development of the region.Through summarizing the Japanese community home endowment service mode,in Baoding city community endowment service mode to provide reference and inspiration that occupy the home,through summarizing the endowment community development model,"sun city" of Baoding city institutions pension service model to provide advice.Finally,this paper puts forward the development ideas of Baoding's pension service model: Based on the docking of the elderly population in Beijing,which is the main model of the elderly service model,the elderly in the city to improve the community home care service model.
