This gradually formed a new situation of citizen political participation. And it makes our political democracy participation enter into a new stage of development. With the development of network technology, the ways and means of network political participation become increasingly complex. The ways of expressing political views are growing day by day. Meanwhile,the difficulty of monitoring online political participation is increasing. The study has great practical significance for increasingly complex citizen network political participation situation and promotes the healthy and orderly development of China citizen political participation.Firstly, the paper defines the related concepts of citizen political participation. It uses political science, Marxist theory, to proves the practical needs of citizens political participation. And it It summarizes the content and features of civic political participation.
