Research On The Education Of Cadres In Yan’an Period From The Perspective Of The Marxism In China

In a sense, Marxism Sinicization is the only way for the development of modern Chinese revolutionary history. However, the Communist Party of China’s understanding of the Marx doctrine, had been experienced a development process which from spontaneous to self, from the inevitable kingdom to the free kingdom. The Mao Zedong thought as the guiding ideology of the party was written into the party constitution had been an important symbol of this change. Especially the CPC’s cadres education in Yan’an period, as an important part of the promotion process of this transition, greatly had been improved the party’s theoretical level of Marxism, and also had been firstly realized the whole party high degree of unity and solidarity which based on the ideological line of seeking truth from facts.During the Yan’an period, although the CPC had been passed the test of the First Revolutionary Civil War and the Agrarian Revolutionary War, but by the influence of historical factors at that time, the CPC’s theoretical preparation was not sufficient, and also lacked the profound understanding of China’s actual condition, and together with the wrong influence in the party which had been caused by the dogmatism and empiricism has not been completely removed, especially because of the long years of revolutionary war, the CPC’s members and cadres was serious shortage of people. In one word, the existence of these problems severely restricted and hampered the process of Sinicization of Marxism. So by carrying out large-scale training of cadres, cultivated and brought up millions of sturdy Marxist revolutionary cadres, to continuously push forward the process of Marxism in China became the urgent task of the CPC had been faced.In the process of cadres education, from the ideological education to political education, business education, theoretical education and cultural education, through on-the-job cadres education, school education and other cadres education ways, the CPC had been explored lots of valuable experiences. These practices and experiences not only reflected the basic way of Marx’s Chinese realization, but also greatly enriched the theory of the Chinese Marxism.Summarize the characteristics and experiences of the CPC’s cadres education in Yan’an period, we can find out that the problem oriented first, seeking truth from facts and keeping pace with the times, and other basic characteristics, had been came done in one continuous line with the characteristics of the Marxism Sinicization. Especially in the process of cadres education, gave full play to the role of cadres education, highlighted the spirit of education and theoretical education, together with other experiences also had been reflected the Chinese Marxism’s basic requirements and important principles to the CPC’s cadres education work.Therefore, from the Chinese Marxism’s perspective, deepening the study of the CPC’s cadres education in Yan’an period, it is conducive to inherit excellent tradition of our party and better to grasp the historical experiences and the laws of cadres education, and also can push the cadres education work in a new period with the spirit of reform and innovation,then firmly cast the Chinese Marxism development foundation which has important theoretical significance and practical value.
