Study On The Reform Path Of The Official Reception Of The Party And Government Organs In Hohhot

On August 12,2012, with the convening of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,, the state promulgated the "eight regulations improve their work style, close ties with the masses ", " the decision of the Central Committee of CPC on deepening reform of the overall number of major issues, the party and government organs of the economy against waste regulations "and "the party and government organs of domestic public provided Hospitality Management Regulations", to from the source of official reception of reform and the top layer design, came to a halt extravagant wind. With the central and Inner Mongolia autonomous region level party and government organs of the official reception of the measures for the administration of hair, Hohhot combined with local actual situation, introduced the city’s official hospitality management approach, actively carry out official reception reform. Through three years of exploration and research, Hohhot party and government organs of the official reception reform, although some achievements have been made, but there are also many problems. Such as the official reception of reform is not smooth; official reception is not strict, not standardized; reception work is conservative, no characteristics; the quality of the reception staff is uneven; lack of supervision and punishment.In this paper, the empirical research and literature research, combined with eight regulations of the CPC Central Committee on some major issues of comprehensive deepening reform, administrative costs and the government’s public relations theory, combing the principle stage Hohhot official reception party and government organs and specific processes, looking Hohhot official reception party and government organs reform of the existing problems, and analyze the cause of the problem, proposed to further improve Hohhot official reception reform path. We are hoping in the future to promote the official reception party and government organs Hohhot system construction has some theoretical reference.
