The Research On The Standardization Of Guangdong Province's Official Reception Under The New Situation

The official reception is quite essential in the daily work of Chinese government at all levels,however,the public has long believed it is synonymous with banquet at public expenses.Obviously,the official reception has been seriously demonized.This paper studies the standardization of Guangdong Province's official reception,by combing the historical evolution of the official reception system and its changes after the introduction of eight-point code by the central government.With the methods of literature analysis,comparative analysis,and empirical research,the paper focuses on the practice of standardization of the official reception in Guangdong Province,especially its problems and causes,and then gives suggestions on how to continuously do a better job under the new situation.The paper is divided into five chapters,with the first one analyzing the source and significance of the research topic,summarizing the current research on the domestic and foreign official reception,defining the relevant concepts,and expounding the research goal and content,the key issues to be addressed and the desired results.The second chapter mainly combs the historical evolution of China's official reception system,and analyzes the current situation and positive significance of the changes of official reception in the new situation.The third chapter introduces the practice of official reception in Guangdong Province under the new situation,including its official reception network,the work flow and the implementation of the eight-point code,and summarizes its good experience.In the fourth chapter,through the analysis of the questionnaire survey and the results of the interview,the author puts forward the attitude of the public to the standardization of the current official reception,and analyzes the non-standard problems in the various stages of official reception as well as the deep-seated reasons.In the fifth chapter,the author gives seven concrete suggestions,such as "government affairs" official reception system and innovation management system.Finally,the conclusion is drawn,with looking to the future of the standardization of official reception.
