Research On The Administrative Execution System Of Food Security Supervision

As one of the most intimate and important topics in people’s lives, food security directly affects people’s physical health and national happiness index, as well as the development level of national food. However, in recent years, food safety accident occurs frequently, which causes people’s panic and the trust of our food. And among the factors that cause various kinds of food safety accidents, occupying a large proportion is imperfect administrative execution system of food security supervision. So, in order to ensure the rapid and healthy development of China’s food industry, it’s urgent to improve the administrative execution system. Taking Taizhou as an example, on the base of analyzing the problems and causes of the administrative execution system of food security supervision, and learning from the related experience and effective practices of the developed countries, in order to provide guidance and norms in the level of administrative execution system to solve the frequency of food safety incidents, this paper trys to construct a set of adaptive administrative execution system of food security supervision, which can conform to the current situation and future development trend.Focusing on the real situation, the structural arrangement of this work follows the following scientific logical order, problem observation, problem analysis, and the solution generation. First of all, the paper analyzes the background and significance, the scholars both at home and abroad, the content and research method, and its innovation. Then, the related concepts are clearly defined, and the necessity and the related theoretical basis of improving of the administrative execution system of food security supervision are analyzed, and the existing main problems and reasons of the administrative execution system of food security supervision in Taizhou are discussed. Finally, through the discussion of the beneficial experience abroad, combined with domestic economic and social reality, it’s advised to improve the administrative execution system of food security supervision in terms of comprehensive execution system, execution responsibility system, the accountability mechanism and the supervision mechanism.
