Research On The Crime Of Corruption And Bribery In The Village Grassroots Organizations And The Countermeasures

With the continuous development of the national economic system reform,the integration of urban and rural areas,the country has taken a large number of rural collective land,in the land acquisition and relocation of a huge economic capital flow.In this process,the number of rural grass-roots organizations suspected of bribery and corruption crimes is also rising,which not only hinder the development of regional economy,but also undermines the social fairness and justice,resulting in adverse effects on the masses.But in the laws and regulations are not perfect,existing laws and regulations and the lack of interoperability in the background,the rural grass-roots organizations to implement corruption,bribery and other crimes in land acquisition,often because the law is not clear enough,and not a point judgment by court for embezzlement,bribery of non national staff and other misdemeanors,and more probation or pardon.The criminal acts can not get due punishment,the interests of the villagers can not be effectively protected,the law is facing the test of fairness and justice.This paper aims to focus on land compensation,expounds from three aspects:the first chapter mainly elaborates the village grass-roots organizations suspected of practical characteristics of the crimes of corruption and bribery;the second chapter mainly discusses the dispute in judicial practice;the third chapter puts forward the Countermeasures of the procuratorial practice.
