| Rural construction is not only the priority among priorities of China 's modernization,but also the important part of realization of the goal of "13th Five-Year" and to complete each target of building a well-off society by the year of2020.The concept of "beautiful China" was first put forward in the eighteenth Party Congress in 2012.General secretary xi Jinping made a special visit to Gusheng village in 2015,and has high hopes to the protection of the ecological environment of erhai and the traditional cultural development of Gusheng village.Study the construction of the beautiful countryside just in order to make rural areas use their own characteristics and advantages to have a better future,continuously narrow the gap between urban and rural development,finally achieve the goal of common prosperity.At the same time,it can provide reference to the theoretical research of the beautiful rural construction and the formulation of national theory and policy.The value of this paper mainly includes the theoretical value and practical value.To study the rural construction of the beautiful ethnic villages in Gusheng villag through multidisciplinary approach reflects the humanistic concern of the ethnic theory and policy of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Its practical significance is that through the study of the construction of the beautiful ethnic village in the GuSheng village,we can find it's insufficient,and have a targeted rectification in the next step of the construction process,and not only continue to carry forward the good experience,but also provide a reference to the construction of the beautiful countryside in other parts of the country.This thesis focuses on the construction of the beautiful ethnic villages in the GuSheng village.To understand the status quo of the beautiful rural construction of the GuSheng village through field research and literature search,and combined with the knowledge of Marx's ethnic theory and the science of ecological environment,find out the problems and put forward countermeasures,so as to achieve the target of let the GuSheng village beautiful countryside work go up the steps again.Firstly,combined with the author's fieldwork,summed up the national and Yunnan Province,Dali,the construction of the beautiful countryside policy and theory as well as the important instructions made by the general secretary Xi Jinping when he visited Dali GuSheng village,and compares the current basic situation of the domestic beautiful rural construction,then introduces the development situation of the basic geography,population,historical evolution,economic and social conditions and landscape,folkcustoms and other aspects of the development of the GuSheng village,and then make a brief analysis of the basic planning and achievement of the construction of the beautiful countryside,especially the achievement in the ecological environment protection of Erhai,and pointed out the current problems and shortcomings in the construction of beautiful countryside of GuSheng village,and finally,Combined with the current situation and problems encountered in the construction of the beautiful countryside of Gusheng village,put forward some constructive suggestions and opinions for improvement.The highlights and innovations of this thesis are mainly embodied in: First,mainly from the perspective of ecological civilization to pay attention to the construction of beautiful villages of GuSheng village,and study the dialectical relationship between the construction of ecological civilization and the beautiful ethnic villages in the GuSheng village.Second,based on the theory and policy of Marx's nationalism,exploring new approaches and new ideas to speed up the rural development in ethnic areas.Third,comprehensive using field investigation method,literature research method,interdisciplinary research method,comparative method,attempts to explore the new ways and new ideas of the construction of the beautiful countryside of GuSheng village by multi angles of views and wide field of vision. |
