As the earlier area that facing with aging of the elderly, shanghai had gave a good response to the aging problem and improved the pension service in practice, Compared with other regions of our country,the city had formed a relatively complete system of pension services, the construction of the elderly day service center is one of the key projects in practice.The day service center for the elderly had absorbed the advantage of family pension and institutional pension,the center provides life care, health care, spiritual comfort and other services for the elderly in the community, these services can not only meet the demand for pension services for the elderly, but also can reduce the powerless responsibility guilt of children.Therefore, the development of the elderly day service center for the elderly population provides a new solution for response to the pressure of the aging service.Nationwide,Shanghai has made great progress in the development of the elderly day service center, this cite began to explore the home care service model form the year of 2002,then began to build and vigorously develop the elderly day service center form 2008, as of the end of 2014,the construction scale of day service center has reached 381.But it should also be seen that the development is still in the initial stage, there is a contradiction between supply and demand and service quality is not high, We also need to explore and research.This paper aims to make a quantitative analysis of the supply and demand status of the elderly in Shanghai and the service satisfaction of the elderly and the influence factors of the service satisfaction.In order to provide the corresponding policy suggestion to the development of the aged people in Shanghai City, we wish these policy suggestions can meet the service needs of the elderly better.In this paper, the analysis of the matching of supply and demand of the elderly in Shanghai city from the perspective of macro (total, structure) and micro (quality of service),It contains two levels. Form Aspect of macroscopic:Combined with demographic data and Learned from the relevant scholars research results,the paper analyzes the current situation and the future development trend of the elderly day service center in Shanghai,By comparing the total demand, the total supply, demand structure and supply structure of the aged people in Shanghai City in practical situation, then,the contradiction between supply and demand of the elderly in Shanghai city was analyzed Form the aspect of Microcosmic:In order to meet the needs of the elderly pension service level, this level is namely that the satisfaction of center service,through this level,we can research the quality of the day service center for the elderly in Shanghai city, the author visited and investigated in Pudong, Baoshan, Hongkou and other places,393 valid questionnaires had collected, In the use of structural equation model,Analyzed the satisfaction and influence factors of the elderly in the service center.To sum up the above analysis,The results shows that there is a regional distribution imbalance in the supply and demand structure of the elderly in the service center in Shanghai,on the service quality,The effect of medical rehabilitation service provided by the service center is the most significant, followed by the basic life care service and spiritual comfort.Finally,according to the results of the study,Some policy suggestions are put forward to improve the service quality of the aged people, which can improve the balance of supply and demand, the structure of supply and demand, the structure of supply and demand, and the service quality. These policy suggestions can be achieved from three perspectives, the total supply of the aged people in the service center, the structure layout of the aged people during the day service center, and the service quality of the aged are improved.
