The Research On User Satisfaction Based On Structural Equation Model From Elderly Community

With the intensification of our aging phenomenon in recent years, the concern ofthe people of the elderly is also increasing. The pension policy during the Chinese"Eleventh Five-Year" period made it clear that90%of older people through socialassistance got for family pension,7%by the pension community care,3%relying onthe pension agency. Now most of the studies and surveys focused primarily on the livesand medicare of the elderly, but paid less attention to the satisfaction of the elderlyliving. How to improve the users’ satisfaction from the elderly community, is alsotoday’s pressing social issue which needs to focus on.This paper makes an analysis and summary of the current situation at home andabroard of the research on the elderly community and customer satisfaction; studies thestructural equation theory, and also makes a comprehensive analysis of the currentsituation of pension status and elderly communities in our country. Besides, the authordetails the factors which impact the special needs of the users from elderly communityand on this basis establishes the elderly community user satisfaction model. What’smore, in this paper, the author designs the questionnaire of elderly community usersatisfaction according to the variables of the model, and analyzes the reliability andvalidity of the questionnaire through making use of SPSS19.0, and also authenticatesthe rationality of the established elderly community user satisfaction model by using thesoftware of LISREL8.70.In this paper, the author makes an empirical simulationanalysis of elderly community user satisfaction from Yangling Shuiyun ElderlyCommunity, and further analyzes simulated results of key indicators, and then obtainsthe main factors which affect users’ satisfaction from the elderly community. After analyzing the relationship between each two factors and calculating the satisfaction, theauthor puts forward some corresponding measures which can enhance the satisfaction.Elderly community user satisfaction is an important indicator for evaluating andmeasuring the quality of life of the elderly in their twilight years. However, ourtheoretical and empirical studies of user satisfaction in the elderly community arerelatively small. As a basis for promoting user satisfaction management of the elderlycommunity, to quantify the users’ satisfaction of elderly community has also become theurgent need of the elderly real estate companies. Improving the elderly community usersatisfaction, is not only the need to build a harmonious society, but also makes greatsense to run and develop the elderly real estate. And at the same time, it can provide thelocal government with the reference to the recommendations and the basis for thedevelopment of the elderly community building.
