| As the earliest city in China to enter the aging population,Shanghai’s current level of aging has reached the average level of developed countries.Among the Shanghai population alone,the number of elderly people ranks first in the country,and the pressure on elderly care is enormous;In addition,with the rapid development of social economy and technology,technologies such as big data,the Internet of Things,and artificial intelligence are no longer unfamiliar terms,and intelligent elderly care is also rapidly developing.Due to the limited resources of social public services,elderly people living in the digital age can no longer meet their growing elderly care needs in traditional communities.Therefore,community elderly care should be deeply integrated with intelligent elderly care,Vigorously developing community intelligent elderly care services will become an important breakthrough in alleviating the pressure and burden of urban community elderly care.The main research content and contributions of this article are as follows: Firstly,through a systematic review of relevant literature at home and abroad,the three concepts of community elderly care,intelligent elderly care,and satisfaction involved in this article have been accurately defined;At the same time,based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,customer satisfaction theory and people’s life cycle theory,a satisfaction model of community intelligent elderly care service is established.The model includes five variables,namely:perceived quality,perceived value,community intelligent elderly care service,residential satisfaction and community loyalty of elderly intelligent elderly care service.Secondly,this study conducted a survey on the satisfaction of community intelligent elderly care services in Shanghai.The results showed that the elderly in Xuhui District,Changning District,Putuo District,Yangpu District,Hongkou District,Fengxian District,Minhang District,and Songjiang District of Shanghai had a higher overall rating of residential satisfaction;There are regional differences in the satisfaction of middle-aged and elderly people in 8 districts;In addition,the personal health status and monthly income level of elderly people will also have a positive impact on satisfaction.This study also explores the influencing factors and pathways of satisfaction with community intelligent elderly care services based on data obtained from questionnaire surveys conducted in 8 districts of Shanghai.Structural equation models are used for fitting and testing,and all six research hypotheses are passed.Thirdly,according to the results of the relevant assumptions of this study,three major improvement paths are proposed,namely: the combination of fairness and efficiency,the phase equilibrium between supply and demand,and the equal emphasis on diversification and refinement;In addition,in order to further enhance the satisfaction of elderly people with community intelligent elderly care services,this article proposes four major countermeasures and suggestions: establishing a concept centered on the needs of the elderly,strengthening psychological comfort services for the elderly in the community,increasing investment in funds related to community intelligent elderly care services,and strengthening the talent construction of community intelligent elderly care services. |
