| Recently,people are paying more and more attention to problem of how to provide the aged. Traditional family endowment is insufficient to meet the growing demand from an aging population,so we should vigorously develop the service community home care. In the pattern “9073”,ninety percent of the elderly in shanghai are still considered the family pension,and seven percent of the elderly can enjoy the requirements for subsidies or enjoy the service at their own expense through the “table” of the assessment service for the aged,which leads to some limitations. Besides,service content of community home-based care services is needed to be enriched and improved the level of service provided,uneven and monotonous way is also a severe problem. Theelderly home care in community service project is less,level is uneven,and method is monotone. Personnel of Elderly home care in community service are in lack,quality is low,and the structure need to be optimized. Elderly home care in community service system is not smooth,lacks unified planning,and support capability is not strong,social participation mechanism need to be perfected.Elderly home care in community service includes two aspects of supply and demand. This thesis is mainly focused on the relation between community service system for the elderly and demand of the aged service demand. In other words,influence of endowment service needs on community nursing service standards,and the relationship between the pension service demand and its influencing factors.This paper mainly discuss and analysis from the following four aspects(1)Status quo and Analysis on development of elderly home care in elderly home care in community service. Firstly,clarifying the related concepts,related theory of community service pension. Secondly,make clear of the main line of the service level of national development,Finally,select city with high level of social endowment service development as an example to analyze the current developing situation of China’s social old-age service.(2)Investigation of endowment service needs of the elderly. First, design questionnaire of the willingness and the needs of the elderly pension service survey of elderly people. Then,investigate demand of pension services in Shanghai,and analyze survey results from the perspective of qualitative analysis. In addition,select eleven projects through analysis of theory and questionnaire. And form four modules,content of community care demand,staff of community home care service,costs of community home care and supply of community home endowment. The last step is assumption of the relationship between the four modules.(3) Conducting the construction of social pension service system. To modify the analysis results by updating the standardized CFA path analysis,forming the optimal model. Forming a model composed of the 4 latent variables and 11 variables,including the community care demand content,community home care service personnel,cost of service to the community home endowment and supply of service of the community home endowment; and then set up the structural equation model, to inspect the prior hypothesized relationships among each module of the structure, exploring the relationship between four latent variables and the observed variables.(4) The countermeasure suggestion. We will analyze the structure relationship of the community pension service system, and combine with the actual situation of our country, put forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions to perfect the pension service system of community,including the improvement and introduction of laws and regulations to build community endowment service system,standards of expenses-bare,establish service standards of old-age pension service of personnel and provide unique old-age pension service. |
