The Study On The South China Sea Issue From The Perspective Of The Relationship Between Vietnam And India

South China Sea is also called Mediterranean. It is the maritime hub to communicate three countinents of Indian and PacificOceans. It is the lifeblood of Chinese maritime trade and oil. Spratly the islands are also the important barrier of SouthChina safty. In recent years, some extraterritorial powers are involved in the South China Sea in varying degrees from kinds of consideration. It makes the South China Sea issue more complex.Vietnam and India have maintained friendly relationship over the years,and the relationship which grew into strategic partenership in 2007 becomes deeper and deeper. Especially considering the two nations’ own strategic interests and deterrence against China,the military cooperation between them has shown a tendency of vigorous development and attracted worldwild attention in the new century.As an aspiring great country, is also actively involved in the South China Sea in recent years.India constantly improve its presence in South China Sea to strengthen cooperation with ASEAN countries, especially Vietnam and the Philippines. Into the South China Sea is also an important manifestation of its East Policy. The South China Sea region is also defined closely related to the extension of its strategy and economic development under the cooperation. It helps Vietnam improve its defense capability,on the other hand India also raised in the South China Sea’s influence.India gained so many advantages in the South China Sea exploration and resource development.Vietnam and India is China’s neighbors. The quality of the relationship between China and Vietnam to South China Sea issue whether get effective progress. China and India’s relationship have a significant impact on the stable development of the South China Sea. The development of Vietnam and India relations and India’s involvement in South China Sea will make the South China Sea issue more complicate and international. Whether China could get an effective ways to alleviate the situation and improve the relationship with Vietnam and India is very important.This article focuses on the impact of the relationship between India and China in the South China Sea problems countermeasures.
