Study On The Protection Of The Age Of Big Data Network Privacy

Combination of computer and Internet technology, there has formed the way of data mining and the use of the history. With the rapid development of Internet technology,combined with many new technologies such as cloud computing, Internet of things technology popularization make people convenient to get all kinds of data, which have appeared on the amount of data of explosive growth, in the era of big data. When we are enjoying the progress of science and technology bring many convenient,at the same time also found in all aspects of people’s life was slowly seep into. Citizen’s private information is facing danger of illegal collection and use in the network environment. The citizen’s network privacy exposed under the social and public view. Because of our country citizen network privacy protection in exist some disadvantages,such as the specific applicable rule are not clear and weak supervision. As long as the arrival of the big data era,the problem is more serious,we should face up to privacy infringement of the problems of the digital network age.This article can be divided into five parts:the first describes the development of network era of big data privacy, and summed up the big data era significance of network privacy protection.The second part summarizes the new characteristics of the network era of big data privacy through the summary of the big data age citizens and the analysis of the basic theory of network privacy.The third part puts out the current domestic privacy protection problems in the network and the related provisions of existing law cannot effectively solve these problems,then highlights the era of big data network privacy protected by the laws of the necessity and urgency from analyzing several case.The Angle of the fourth part from domestic to international, offers valuable experience for China’s online privacy protection through the analysis of some developed countries protect the background and the status.The last part puts forward some legislation suggestions of network privacy protection in our country under the background of the era of the big data.
