Introduction And Construction Of The Mode Of Big Data In Judicial Statistics

’BIG DATA’ refers to a kind of data collection that is constituted By some data which has large quantity, complex structure and many types. It is a form of intellectual resources and knowledge service ability which is based on the data processing and application of cloud computing model. It plays a role through the integration and overlap of sharing data. Its successful application in the field of business and social management have revolutionized our way of thinking to treat data, and also brought new methods for data statistics. In a critical stage of construction of the law society, people’s courts at various levels need to stand in the forefront and make full use of the development opportunity brought by scientific and technological progress.Big data technology has infinite potential value to improve the ability of the court’s trial and to enhance its capacity of social services. Subject to the technological level, previous judicial statistics focus on the amount of cases and not fully excavates the judicial data’s value which it should have. With the development of big data technology, the supreme court put forward a view that to attach importance to the statistical data and then use big data technology to improve the managing mode of trial and the social service ability. Some courts are making the construction of judicial big data information platform and introducing new analysis mode. But it is still not mature in the construction of system, standard unified and analysis methods, etc.The theoretical and practical significance of the Judicial statistical data development strategy are discussed in this paper. Research status and the trial court application are also debated as the breakthrough point. With the combination of the nature of the current big data technology and characteristics of practical management based on the judgment of the courts at all levels in our country, the paper tries to detect the Gordian knot existing in the construction of system and application analysis in the introduced process of judicial statistical model of "big data" and then to explore feasible solution paths.In addition, some reasonable expectations for its future development prospects are presented on the basis of the present technological innovation ability and the national development strategy.Finally, the paper’s goal is to break through the traditional pattern of judicial statistics and to bring about the innovation of judicial statistics analytical thinking. Consequently, it will realize the integration of judicial statistical data and social resources.
