Study On The Statistics Function Of Nanan City Government Under The Background Of Big Data

The application of big data has become an inevitable trend in the development of government statistics in the future.The phenomenon of big data is both an opportunity and a challenge for government statistics,and it will also promote the transformation and optimization of government statistics functions.In recent years,statistical work has received more and more attention.Many scholars have conducted more and in-depth research on statistical management system,statistical data quality,and statistical credibility.However,the research on the government statistics function is still in its infancy,mainly focusing on its countermeasures to improve the statistical management system,improve the quality of statistical data,and the credibility of statistics.The number of existing literatures is not large.For governments in the context of big data,There is less research on statistical functions.The purpose of this article is to study the optimization of the statistical function of Nanan government under the background of big data.Through participatory observation method,interview method and other research methods,this article analyzes the status of the statistical function of Nanan government under the background of big data,analyzes the status of Nanan government,and further analyze the problems and reasons of government statistics function.The study found that the government's statistical functions currently play a role in the government's absolute dominance,low market participation,and inadequate public participation.The problems are further constrained by the constraints of the statistical management system,the lack of linkage mechanisms among departments,the lagging of the statistical system,and the government.The reason lies in the constraints of the statistical management system,the lack of departmental linkage mechanisms,the lag of statistical system methods,the unscientific government assessment mechanism,and the lack of big data thinking.Finally,with the diversification of governance methods as the starting point,the multi-center governance theory is used to put forward countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing and perfecting the statistical functions of the Nanan government under the background of big data.
