Research On The Application Of Judicial Data

In recent years, with the development of informatization, speeding up transformation and upgrading of informatization, closely integrating informatization with court work and promoting judicial modernization become important tasks of deepening the reform of the people's court.The application of judicial data is the foundation of the court's informatization construction, which plays an important role in the court work of trial, execution, judicial administration, judicial openness and decision-making. To strengthen judicial application of big data is not only the inevitable requirement of the people's court to promote judicial justice and justice serving the people, but also the inevitable trend of the informatization construction.However, the research and analysis of the application of XX province court judicial data found that in practice a series of problems happened due to the flaw in top-level design and the lack of effectiveness in execution, which seriously affected the the quality and efficiency of application of judicial data.Therefore, this paper tries to explore and analyze the specific practice during the application of judicial data in XX province court and put forward the improvement measures, so as to provide beneficial reference materials for the research and practice of application of judicial data in the people's court.Apart from the introduction and the conclusion, this paper is composed of four parts, more than 23000 words.The first part is the summary and analysis of the basic theory of judicial data. Secondly, it introduces the practical application of judicial data countrywide, especially in XX province, covering the application judicial data in the practice of trial, execution, management, publicity, scientific decision-making and informatization legislation etc..The third part describes and analyzes problems and reasons for the problems in the application of judicial data in XX province, such as unclearness of management responsibility, lack of privacy protection, low quality of data, sharing problems, data opening problems.The fourth part puts forward the improvement measures in application of judicial data, includes constructing powerful information platform and powerful organization of application of judicial data, improving quality of the judicial data, strengthening the integration, sharing and analysis of data, establishing asset management system and evaluation system and other measures, to realize the application of judicial data efficiently and reasonably by deep integration of business, information and workflow.
