The Virtual Community Ecological Evaluation For The Government Network Space Governance

Cyberspace is a new social form which is produced by the information technology which is represented by the computer and the Internet, which is consisted of social network resources, network social groups and related social environment, in order to achieve the dynamic balance of huge and complex system. At present, with the extensive popularity of the network, the improvement of citizens’ political quality and participation consciousness, the phenomenon of citizen participation by internet in government governance has become more and more frequent, and its breadth and depth is also expanding. At the same time, Virtual human interaction derived from the network spaced, and the emergence, maintenance and model of this kind of virtual human interaction contribute to the virtual community, which is based on the individual interest and specialized demand.Since cyberspace and virtual communities entering the country, the government has never slacken its management. However, due to a variety of subjective and objective reasons,government management efficiency in cyberspace and virtual communities is not always high, and government has invested more manpower and material costs without a corresponding return. Although the network space has been to get the attention of government departments, the problems still happen frequently, such as the network is not safe, network content is not standardized, network operators are confusing and people commits a crime by network, especially in a large number of online presence of bad information and illegal content, violations Honorary event, phishing, pornography, false economic information, as well as a handful of anti-Party and anti-government rhetoric rebels use the Internet to publish seditious remarks split the nation. Which seriously affects the normal social order. And how to take the most optimal way to solve the above problems of governance has become a crucial factor.Therefore, the writing of this paper is from the perspective of the network space governance of the government. And this paper introduces the concept of information ecology, applies Ecology theoretical perspectives system, builds a virtual community ecosystem, analyzes the constituent elements, system characteristics and structure of ecosystem components of the virtual community, draws on natural ecosystems healthy concept and puts forward a set of index system for the virtual community health assessment indicators and gives a reasonable measurement method. Finally, this paper takes "Renren", "Tianya community" and "Baidu Post Bar" as an example, and practical measurements are carried out on three communities. The results show that the index system is effective. An economic and effective method for ecological evaluation of virtual community and virtual network space is put forward in the view of the government network governance.
