On The Normative Document Filing Review System

Normative documents in the legal construction of China played an important role in, but for a long time but there are many outstanding issues, such as low quality of laws and regulations, conflict with the host wears, especially local laws and government regulations. These lower quality legislation seriously divorced from reality, it is difficult to obtain the trust of the public, regulatory documents filed as a review system as the supervision of the legislative power, by way of review of the record found in the normative document problems can effectively avoid low loss of quality of normative documents brought further protect the interests of citizens, with the continuous development of socialist democracy and legal system, social life becomes increasingly complicated, it requires more and more normative documents to manage today’s society, for the record censorship need to play a more important role, but unfortunately, today’s filing censorship actual effect is not ideal, because the imperfect record of censorship, and the relevant legal concepts is not clear, so that it can not play in practice an effective role.This paper consists of an introduction, body and conclusion of three parts, the body of a total of three chapters: the first chapter is to explore the concept and nature of the normative document filing review system, based on comparative analysis concluded: My normative document filing review system positioning in the legislative oversight.
