Since Hochschild initiative put forward the concept of emotional labor, many scholars in the world join in the theoretical research. In recent years, the study of emotional labor is increasingly attracted the interest of the scholars in our country. Emotional labor whether has a great impact on the organization or individual, to organize the negative effect of emotional labor can directly affect the organization performance, and for individual existing research shows that emotional labor of excessive inputs can lead to burnout. A serious consequences, hope that through this study can find relief measures of emotional labor and job burnout two relations.Study first reviews the emotional labor, job burnout and the development course of perceived organizational support, respectively introduces the causes of and its influence, and in the public sector, under this big background, analysis of public sector employees’ emotional labor and job burnout. At the request of the acquisition of general secretary, the public sector is growing recognition that service satisfaction, and directly to the public in the public sector to window units, service hall, or public hospitals and other units is given priority to, these public sector employees working content comparison of a single machine or pressure are prone to conflict, all need a lot of emotional labor regulation, susceptible to burnout. This study selected the such public sector workers as the main object of study research questionnaire, use SPSS to analyze the questionnaire data, verify the hypothesis, the research conclusion.This study is given priority to with quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis is complementary. Summarizes the existing problems at present in the public sector, through the analysis of the questionnaire summarizes feasibility organizational support measures to alleviate the existing problems. In the process of perceived organizational support research mostly focused on the hard incentive measures such as salary, benefits, but due to the particularity of public organizations, this research mainly focuses on the soft stimulation except pay incentives, which is one of the innovation of this study point. On the whole the purpose of this study: one is to emotional labor research extends to the field of public management, the second is to find the public sector can use what kind of organizational support measures to alleviate the vocational exhaustion of the negative effects of emotional labor.
