In terms of police burnout,many studies focus on police officers in a particular police category or in a particular field of work.There is hardly any literature about the influence of organizational support on the burnout of the police,especially the grass-roots police,and the research results on the effect of the sense of organizational support on the burnout of the grass-roots police are too few.On the basis of discussing the relevant theories,this paper attempts to carry out a questionnaire investigation to the police of Jiangxia District,Wuhan City,and analyze the sense of organizational support and the current situation of job burnout of the police through the data analysis of the police sub-bureau of Jiangxia District in Wuhan City.This paper studies the influence of organizational support on job burnout of grass-roots public security police from a quantitative point of view,and then actively explores the relevant countermeasures to reduce job burnout and promote organizational support.First,the organizational support perception scale(OSS)was designed to study its correlation.They are job burnout scale including emotional exhaustion,dehumanization,self-accomplishment,organizational support scale including procedural fairness,and the job burnout scale includes emotional exhaustion,dehumanization,self-accomplishment,organizational support scale,and so on.Leadership supports and organizes rewards,caring for police interests.And take Wuhan Jiangxia District Public Security Bureau as an example to carry on the questionnaire analysis.The results show that there are significant negative correlations between emotional exhaustion and procedural fairness,leadership support and organizational reward,and concern for police interests.Dehumanization has a significant negative correlation with procedural fairness,leadership support,organizational reward,and concern for police interests.There is a significant positive correlation between self-achievement and procedural fairness,leadership support and organizational reward,and concern for police interests.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors and reasons of organizational support and job burnout of grass-roots police,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to reduce job burnout and improve the sense of organizational support.These include the construction of a work slackening prevention and control system to reduce emotional exhaustion,the introduction of organizational objective management mechanisms to increase leadership support,the improvement of incentive mechanisms and guarantee mechanisms to enhance self-achievement,the strengthening of preferential treatment of police officers,the care of police officers,and the cultivation of team spirit.Give full play to the active role of informal organizations,etc.Through the study of grass-roots police burnout by the sense of organizational support of Jiangxia District Public Security Bureau in Wuhan City,the grass-roots departments can have a more comprehensive understanding of organizational support and the reduction of police burnout,and set up a scientific concept of public management.We should further strengthen the responsibilities of grass-roots public security departments in effectively reducing job burnout of grass-roots police,clarify the leadership responsibilities of grass-roots administrative departments in supervision and guidance,and clarify the powers and responsibilities of grass-roots public security functional departments in the process of continuous police training.Improve the police job satisfaction and then improve the administrative law enforcement level and work efficiency of the public security department.
