Nowadays,the problem of civil servants' job burnout has been in the public eye gradually.Many researches show that the job burnout rate of civil servants is much higher than other groups or careers,especially in the group of junior civil servants.Therefore,it is undoubtedly that the problem of civil servant's job burnout has become an urgent issue.This study aims to find the correlative relationship between civil servants' perceived organizational support and their job burnout according to the relevant theory by adopting the method of quantitative research.The empirical study carried out at the tax bureau in one district of Shanghai in the measurement of questionnaire survey.It mainly investigate and understanding how the civil servants' perceived organizational support impact their job burnout based on the analysis results from the collected data analyzed by SPSS.The results revealed that perceived organizational support and job burnout have discrepancies at each population variables including age,marriage status,education background,position and so on.The average score of civil servants' emotional exhaustion are highest in the section of job burnout while the support to work scored higher than other dimensions of perceived organizational support.In addition,it also shows that the increasing perceived organizational support runs a positive effect on decreasing civil servants' job burnout.Several suggestions and measures are proposed at the end of this study to promote the management of the fields related to civil servants' perceived organizational support and job burnout including promotion policies,internal training and personal care driven by the study findings.
