A Study On Marxist Ecological View Of Government Performance

With the 18th CPC National Congress combining general ecological problems, political issues, economic issues, social issues and cultural issues together as the "five institutions"problems, to find the basic theory of the ecological protection and sustainable development has become the urgent task of the theorists. In a socialist country, if you do not have a clear view of the Marxist (real Marxism, not literally Marxism) in their classic works and sorted out the basic laws of Marxism revealed, we absolutely will deviate from the socialist management requirements sooner or later.This article is based on the understanding, using the "Complete Works of Marx and Engels"(the second edition, the People’s Publishing House) published by the Central Compilation & Translation bureau as the data source, in accordance with the requirements of text study, using the law of the linguistics and semantics to deconstruct all the relevant government performance eco-sentences in the "Complete Works of Marx and Engels"and to grasp the attitude of Marx and Engels of the ecological view of government performance.
