Juvenile delinquency has always been a hot issue of the whole society, and it is also a difficult problem in the judicial field. In recent years, our country in view of the problem of juvenile delinquency unveiled a many laws, regulations and policies, however, not adults crime overall trend is upward and some new characteristics, such as high intelligence, gangs, younger age and violence and so on has become the outstanding problems to be solved in our society.This paper summarizes the current situation of juvenile crime, juvenile crime, analysis the reason and characteristics of our country, summarizes the prevention of juvenile delinquency in strengthening the legal education of the parents, to carry out various forms of school education, to carry out a number of legal governance activities, specific measures to carry out the education level in the judicial protection, and puts forward the existing problems in China’s work in the prevention of juvenile delinquency problems, including administrative departments do not have very good guidance for family education, family relationship has not caused enough attention; the national education system is not complete, education, education loopholes exist defects in the mechanism of quality education, in the absence of social security, cultural market; control environment management is not in place and the loopholes in judicial protection. For research questions proposed to prevent juvenile crime countermeasures, mainly related to improve family education guidance mechanism, realize the education system of the rule of law, give full play to the school classroom and the rule of law teaching role of main channel, improve the social prevention mechanism, perfect the judicial protection of the minor system, establishment of legal funds safeguard system. Hope that through the exploration on the prevention of juvenile delinquency, further improve prevention not minor crime the way and the method, the prevention of juvenile delinquency breakthrough, effectively reduce and prevent the occurrence of juvenile delinquency.
