This paper aims to discuss the current problems by local government anti-corruption institution building, analyzes the causes, and then proposes specific solutions to improve the capacity of local government institution construction.Anti-corruption work has become the most important in political life of countries in the world, and Chinese Government has always attached great importance to anti-corruption.Especially since 18th CPC National congress, along with the new situation and new challenges against corruption, campaign-style corruption is no longer able to meet the needs of the current anti-corruption. Only through institutional corruption, establishing and improving the anti-corruption institution system, it can effectively curb corruption problems. The current summary of anti-corruption theory, institution system construction and practical experience has made some achievement, but there is also emphasis on the national level, rarely related to the local level corruption and institutional building research.Starting with the definition of anti-corruption institution construction concept and fundamental theory, taking Huimin District, Hohhot, Inner Mongolia as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation of Huimin District from six aspects, then raises four current issues and reasons in the institution construction. According to the current problems and causes in anti-corruption institution system construction, it targetly puts forward direction and specific suggestions. Finally this article raises some questions unresolved and conducts in-depth summary and reflection.
