Research On Innovation In Administrative Supervision Modes Under The Background Of Big Data

Administrative supervision plays a decisive role both in our country’s political system and administrative management. It can be said that the effect of administrative supervision concerns the efficiency of administrative management and the level of law-based administration of government. Under the background of big data, as the political and economic environment changes drastically, administrative supervision is facing great challenges. Administrative supervision modes have been constantly changing and innovating in history. Reasonable administrative supervision modes relate to the effect of it to a large extent, and innovative administrative supervision modes integrate the era’s most advanced concepts into their own, and make great contribution for administrative supervision, administrative management and politics.Although administrative supervision modes at present still play a significant role in the activities of administrative supervision, under the background of big data, with the high-speed development of information technology, the national politics, economy and culture gain momentum and the volume of social public affairs is also increasing by the day, the subjects of multiple administrative supervision in the era of big data are not quite proficient in mastering technologies of big data, and they are unable to analyze and solve problems by making reasonable use of huge amounts of data, resulting in decline in supervision capability and too large gap between supervising effect and expectation. Therefore, China’s administrative supervision is in urgent need of innovation in supervision modes so as to solve the problems in the era of big data.This paper conducts a specific analysis of the present situation of China’s administrative supervision modes, and affirms the existing process of innovation in administrative supervision modes; with a full analysis of the current situation, it finds out deficiencies in the innovation of administrative supervision modes, carries out an in-depth analysis of the reasons, and offers countermeasures from three aspects, namely legal institution, technology and talent team.
