Research On The Grass-Roots Administrative Law Enforcement Supervision From The View Of Big Data

The supervision over Administrative law enforcement is an important part of public administration and is an important link in the implementation of the strategy of comprehensively governing the country according to law.The author did not analyze the administrative law enforcement supervision from macroscopic aspects,but adheres to the idea that supervision is based on information.So the author analyze from the perspective of ways and means of monitoring,and from the angle of how to break the information asymmetry of administrative law enforcement supervision.This article focuses on WZ's practices in platform construction of connection with administrative law enforcement and criminal justice mechanisms,administrative law enforcement information centers,and the system for handling administrative punishment cases online.It also analyzes the problems and reasons in terms of information access,information content,information sharing,and information research and adjudication.From the view of big data,the paper puts forward the idea to promote the construction of the administrative law enforcement supervision platform,targeting the problem that the information gathering being too simple and too little.Firstly,strengthen organizational leadership.We suggest to solve the problem of data island;Secondly,enrich data collection and promote the use of the entire process of law enforcement recording equipment;Thirdly,strengthen data sharing.This article suggested that we should explore the application of block chain technology,so as to ensure the authenticity of information,and implement distributed data sharing storage mode;Fourthly,continue to find clues.We should Analysis and evaluation the object involved and the facts involved;Fifthly,we need to strengthen investigation and verification,and strengthen the interface between the large data monitoring platform and the monitoring methods of case file review,discipline inspection,judicial supervision,and public supervision.
