Research On The Innovation Of Administrative Decision In The Era Of Big Data

Big data is following the Internet,networking,cloud computing and a great technological revolution.Since 2008,the value of big data has been gradually exploited,countries around the world have attached great importance to the formation of national data strategy.As the implementation of the "big strategy" one of the"national data strategy,promote the sharing of data resources,promote the reform and innovation of administrative decision-making,there is no trivial matter significance to improve the management ability of government and public service level.The government in creating big data which is one of the most important resources and modern technology at the same time,full and effective use,is not only a technical path to improve the government decision-making scientific and democratic,but also lead to a public administration and public services reform.Firstly,this paper elaborates the related concepts and basic theories.Secondly,the paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by China's government administrative decision-making under the impact of big data.Again,the discussion of China's government has made in the era of big data decision-making achievements,problems and reasons,and through the implementation of the advanced experience of administrative decision-making and social management of the foreign government big data applications,combined with the practice of big data applications in our government management,put forward the new strategy of the government under the era of big data the innovation of administrative decision:big data transformation of administrative decision-making using the concept of effective administrative decision-making;accurate use of big data;reform and improve the system of government mechanism;perfect the relevant laws and regulations.
