Research On The Protection Of Consumers’ Rights And Interestsin The Credic Card Contract

The credit-card consumers who is kind of an underdog in the project credit and aggression upon their right. The aspect of credit-card consumer rights and interests protection. There is no specialized legal in our country. How to protect credit-card consumer rights and interests and it will affect the healthy development of credit-cards. It is a very urgent problem that should set up and perfect the system of the credit-card legal protection legislation under system of market economy.Not only protect the legitimate right and interests of consumers,but also promote the steady and healthy development of credit-cards.This article include four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction about the definition of credit-card basic contract theory.In the second chapter elaborated the content of the credit-card contract and the detail introduction about the rights and obligation of the bank and card holder.Chapter three puts forward some problem about the credit-card contract and those problems lead to damage of consumer rights and interests.Final chapter puts forward some perfecting suggestions on the existing problem of the credit-card contract.
