National education means that it educates for sharing a common cultural belief of individuals and it can actively pursue a country’s attitudes and abilities of the economical, social and cultural development. Especially in my country, national education is for 55ethnic groups education, except Han group. Since Inner Mongolia is belonging to the autonomous minority of China and distributes area of 49 ethnic minorities. So the education of Inner Mongolia is a main component of educational career. At the same time, it is a extremely vital sort of ethnic work. Since Inner Mongolia has been built, ethnic education career has experienced great improvement. The task for legislative education has made achievements remarkably. With the development of ethnic areas, however, Educational Legislation for Autonomous Regions still cannot meet the demand for Ethnic Minorities’ development. There are still some problems existing in ethnic educational legislation progress, such as content imperfect, thus lacking national characteristics: lagging behind legislation skill and language rigor; strengthening legislation monitoring and theoretical research etc. Those problems will affect the function of ethnic educational legislation heavily; as a result it will affect Inner Mongolia’s ethnic educational development in the future.This essay depended on Constitution, Ethic Policy, Legislative Theory and took into consideration of Inner Mongolia National Education Ordinance (draft) that is not yet published analyses the Ethical Educational Legislation problems and gives valuable suggestion relating problems.
