This paper mainly studies the path to the popularization of Marxism in the context of new media, and discusses how to better to make the theory of Marxism to arm the Communist Party of China and educate the common people in the new media era. Popularization of Marxism is a timeless topic, Marxism needs continue to be close to the public, and become the consensus of people and self-conscious pursuit. According to the change of the world, country and the Party as well as the new requirements of the development of Marxism, the 17th National Congress of CPC put forward the popularization of Marxism historical proposition for the first time, which has been widely concerned by the academic and academic circles. Then the 18th National Congress of CPC suggested the significant issue of promoting the Cynicism, contemporary and popularization of Marxism, which is the inevitable logic to realize China dream and the strategic task to uphold the flag of Cynicism socialism. The advent of the new media such as network and mobile phones, etc. has affected and profoundly changed our lives, promotes social development and progress,moreover brings the challenges to the discourse right of Marxist ideology, which is inevitable and the most remarkable objective reality with social development on China. The 13th Five-Year Plan Clearly put forward the implementation of the strategy of network power、national strategy of big data, continue to promote open sharing of data resources, to firmly establish innovation, coordination, green, open, sharing five development concept, to promote the popularization of Marxism provides a strategic opportunity for national. Therefore, it is of significant value for the construction of ideology in China to study the path to the realization of Marxism’s popularization in the context of new media.Introduction is the first part of this dissertation. In this part, the research background, research significance, domestic and foreign research review, research methods and innovations are respectively interviewee in order to enrich and deepen the study of basic theory of Marxism, inspire people’s theoretical thinking to the practical problems, and firm the belief of Marxism to resolve the daily life problems. There is no related works in promoting the popularization of Marxism with new media abroad and domestic research still in the early-stage in this area. Therefore, the innovation of this essay lies in the content, perspectives and opinion of view, which is of the key significance to research project.The second part of this article includes the related notions and the theoretical foundation. The definition and feature of the new media, the meaning, and essence as well as features of the popularization of Marxism are interpreted. And it summarizes the necessity of using new media to promote the popularization of Marxism. The author believes that the new media is a kind of media form with interactivity, generally including network new media, mobile new media, as well as derivative new media. The popularization of Marxism is a dynamic process, and it needs the continuous implementation of positive interaction and mutual development between the theory and people, which lays the theoretical basis for the article.The third part describes the historical evolution and the basic experience of promoting the popularization of Marxism with media. This part unfolds from the narration how our Party boosts the popularization of Marxism with media in the three eras, which are the epoch before the founding of new China, the epoch from the founding of new China to the reform and openness, and the era after the reform and openness. And then, it summarily fundamental experience of the Party in promoting the publicity and popularization of Marxism by using the progressive communication technology at that time which enlightens us to make the most of advantages of the new media to promote the popularization of Marxism smoothly.In the fourth part, the present situation of the promotion of Marxism’ popularization under the background of new media is analyzed. It further indicated the strengths and weaknesses of promoting the popularization of Marxism with current new media so as to raise some countermeasures.The fifth part expatiates the active principles and implementation mechanism of popularization of Marxism under the background of new media, which offers theoretical support for the research of its implementation path. Guiding principles include:principles of party spirit, the era of principle, the principle of combining theory and practice. The operating mechanism includes:target incentive mechanism, guiding mechanism, evaluation mechanism.In the sixth part, the realization path of promoting Marxism’s popularization in the context of new media was put up forward. Discourse, talent guarantee, media convergence, front building, the supervision system five aspects are explained in detail, with particular emphasis on innovation Marxist discourse system requires to reconstruct the modern political discourse, to enhance the academic discourse creativity, to refine daily life discourse, to rise international voice. The author summarizes we must purse advantages and avert disadvantages and summarizes constantly to build publicity camp for Marxism’s popularization with the Chinese dream and the socialist core values build consensus, gather strength, and with the cohesive force of traditional media and new media to promote the process of it.
