A Research On The Construction Of Incorrupt Government Culture In Grass-roots MSA

Since 18th Congress of the Communist Party of China, the CPC Central Committee With Xi Jinping as general secretary pay high attention to construction of a clean government and promote it roundly,working style of Party and government of china are launching new look, got the wholehearted support and highly praised of the national people. The CPC Central and the State Council issued many rules of constructions of a clean government, including the request of fostering a culture of clean government. The CPC leading Party group of MSA and MSA China jointly issued< The instruction of fostering the Construction of Clean Government Cultural in MSA of China>, arrangemented the work of the Construction of Clean Government Cultural in MSA of China. Corruption has deep cultural roots, the influence of culture is long-term, the essence for anti-corruption is the contest between clean culture and corruption culture. To strengthen the building of clean culture, constantly evolve ideas and culture atmosphere in favor of anti-corruption building, make the clean government culture play the fundamental and long-lasting role in curing corruption, so as to provide strong disciplinary protection for the new period of socialist modernization.In this paper, the construction of clean government culture of grass-roots MSA is studied by a method of public administration.According to the theory of soft power and the ancient Chinese cleangovernment culture, the experience of foreign, put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for clean government culture construction in Grass-roots MSA.
