Research On The Promotion Of Consciousness Of Civil Rights Under The Country By Law

With the gradual mature development of Internet, cloud computing and big data, a new economic reform comes in a quiet way. The construction of socialist law-based country by the rule of law increasingly needs to be achieved. The fundamental point among this is the issue of consciousness of civil right for citizens. This article tries to research the increase of consciousness of civil right under the view of law-based country from the perspective of methodology.This article majorly adopts bibliography study, cross-subject study, descriptive study and functional analysis methods, and with the research method from the abstract to the specific, case analysis and summary method as additional part. Besides, this article majorly adopts the relation between social awareness and social existence to explain the nature of human being and social relations. Furthermore, the basic theories and reality evidences are confirmed for the purpose of clearing out the whole article, by studying theories of political society, political civilization, value achievement, value spread and a lot of researches about consciousness of civil right.This article is expressed in five chapters. The first chapter as the theory part majorly includes the background, significance, theory, current research conditions in home and abroad, research methods, basic methods, problems to be solved and innovation part. The second chapter provides theory evidence for the emergence of keywords by confirming relevant concepts. The third chapter expresses in detail theories of the increase of consciousness of civil right, and provides theory evidence for analyzing the questions. The fourth chapter analyzes and summarizes the theories of restricting the increase of consciousness of civil right by a lot of bibliography researches. The fifth chapter puts forward relevant suggestions for problems in chapter four.
