China’s Rural Civil Rights Consciousness Research

Since the The Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the central government attaches great importance to and actively explore the national governance system and governance capacity modernization,the construction of democracy and the rule of law in China has made significant achievements,the citizen from ignorance to the law,not by rights to rights,the non rational rights to rational rights,these achievements are obvious to people.However,due to historical and practical reasons,there are still many problems in the construction of socialist democracy and rule of law in china.The number of China’s rural citizens and vulnerable groups is many countries,some local rural citizens’ rights and not to achieve effective protection of rural citizens’ rights situation,will not only affect the construction of socialist democracy and the rule of law in our country,but also seriously affected the country’s long period of stability.Therefore,it is necessary to deal with the problem of the rights of rural citizens,and explore the effective way to solve the problem of rural civil rights in china.It is of great significance to explore the awareness of the rights of citizens in rural areas,and to promote the effective realization of civil rights in rural areas,and to promote the construction of democracy and the rule of law in china.Through the on-the-spot investigation of C village of Hebei Province,China’s rural citizen’s right consciousness is the main problem: the concept of rural citizens rights lack of ability to maintain the rights of lower right knowledge is not enough,the rural civil rights behavior of free rider phenomenon prevalent.The reasons for these problems are restricting the feudal political factors,rural economic level,education level of bound of civic culture in rural areas,lack of rural legal system and policies of rural citizens,not formed by law as the leading service concept etc..Aiming at the existing problems,we should the construction of rural democracy in rural areas,rural economic development level,civil rights,civil rights,concept of rural rural legal system with the aspects,to cultivate China’s rural citizen rights awareness,and strive for the early realization of rural well-off society.
