Countermeasure Study On The Management Of Non-remunerated Blood Donation In Hainan Province

Blood is an important material in medical work. There is no synthetic substitutes of blood by now. Due to the continuous improvement of health care system and new rural cooperative medical system, the number of patients increase year by year in medical institutions at all levels, and the consumption of blood increase rapidly. However, blood supplies are running low all over the country, which means the contradiction between supply and demand of blood have become increasingly prominent, and the blood supply security work faces many challenges and problems. Blood donation has been rapid development in recent 20 years after "Blood donation law of the People’s Republic of China" is implemented. The change from paid blood donation to non-remunerated blood donation is completed successfully. But there still exists some problems in management of blood donation. This study mainly evaluate objectively and put forward countermeasures and suggestions in management of blood donation in Hainan Province. First, the basic ideas are analyzed and points are extracted with the background of "Blood donation law of the People’s Republic of China" and "voluntary blood donation Regulations of Hainan Province". Secondly, the blood donation management history and development are analyzed, which including the United States, France, Japan and China. The third chapter researches blood donation management mode and the current situation of Hainan Province. Chapter four points out the problems existing in the management of blood donation. Finally blood donation problems existing in the management are analyzed, and countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in four aspects including propaganda of blood donation and recruitment of blood donor voluntary, settings of blood collection agencies, blood quality management, construction of blood donation service system. The purpose of this study is to put forward some practical advice in the construction of donation management and provided reference in theory and practice of blood donation system in our province.
